Job Title: Head of Legal Practice

Join COREcruitment Ltd as we seek a highly skilled and experienced Head of Legal Practice to lead our legal team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 6 years PQE to take on this exciting opportunity. As Head of Legal Practice, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall compliance with the terms and conditions of our CLC authorisation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and updating internal policies and procedures as necessary
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on compliance and client-facing quality of service
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Conveyancing and Directors on matters of compliance and internal policy creation
  • Overseeing and signing off all lead generation and service advertisements to ensure compliance with CLC marketing requirements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years PQE as a qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive, or licensed conveyancer
  • Experience in a compliance role, including KYC and money laundering procedures, regulatory requirements, and client care documentation
  • Excellent working knowledge of Data Protection, Money Laundering, Training, and CPD obligations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
