Job Summary:

Noble Futures is seeking an experienced Global Business Development Manager - Pet Industry to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and establishing partnerships with retail outlets and B2B2C prospects.

About the Role:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the European pet retail and B2B2C channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pet retail partners, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts to secure new business and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to develop strategies to aid successful growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in the UK/European pet sectors.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Happy to work a Hybrid model office/home based 3 days a week.
