About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Play Leader to join our team at Mytime Active. As a Play Leader, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging children's activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of our young participants, and working closely with our team to achieve our mission of improving wellbeing through accessible services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality children's activities, including games, arts, and crafts, and other creative pursuits.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care, adhering to our safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, including maintaining accurate records and reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including parents and children, to ensure a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Level 3 or above Childcare/Play work relevant Qualification.
  • Experience working with children in a play-based setting, including managing groups and ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative programs and activities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied hours and respond to changing circumstances.
