Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of medical writers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content strategies that meet business objectives
- Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in client-facing meetings to discuss content needs and develop solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
- UK citizen or resident with the right to work in the UK
- BSc or higher in biomedical science or a related field
- Substantial experience in medical communications, journalism, or a related field
- Line management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
