Imperial Consulting is seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Glasgow. Working within the utility sector, you'll be directly involved in promoting our services, helping us connect with potential clients in meaningful ways through in-person marketing and promotions.

As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for helping develop and execute face-to-face marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone eager to learn the ins and outs of marketing while being at the forefront of our customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development of in-person marketing campaigns, collaborating with the sales and management teams to craft engaging strategies.
  • Engage with potential customers in a face-to-face setting, explaining the benefits of our utility solutions and helping them make informed decisions.
  • Conduct market research, gathering feedback and insights from customers to help refine our messaging and offerings.
  • Assist in promotional activities, representing our brand at events, trade shows, and in targeted locations, ensuring a positive and lasting impression.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, analysing data to determine the effectiveness of our strategies and providing suggestions for improvement.
  • Support the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition from marketing interactions to the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring that our marketing approaches remain fresh, innovative, and relevant to the utility sector.
Requirements:
  • Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
  • Must be able to work full-time, with flexibility to accommodate various marketing events.
  • Must not have applied for any Imperial Consulting roles in the past 30 days.
  • A passion for marketing and engaging with people, with strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement is a plus but not essential—training will be provided.
  • Understanding that we do not do digital marketing—this role is focused on in-person promotions and direct engagement with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines with ease.
