Marketing Executive

We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Search. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager and contributing to the success of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging content strategies for our social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Manage the scheduling of timely social activities and oversee social inboxes across our social media accounts, incorporating social listening practices.
  • Create and manage content for our company website, including blog posts, landing pages, and updates to ensure information is current and optimized for SEO.
  • Support the wider team to execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences to nurture leads and engage clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement content calendars that align with marketing campaigns and organizational goals.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the effective execution and coordination of group activities.
  • Support the marketing team in organizing various projects for both candidates and clients.
  • Utilize marketing analytics techniques to gather essential data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.) and provide recommendations to the wider team.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
Requirements and Skills:
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the recruitment sector.
  • Strong understanding of content creation for social media, websites, and email marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop engaging and high-quality written content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Well-organized with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is advantageous.
