Position: Pediatric Palliative Care Nurse at Noah's Ark Children's Hospice

Noah's Ark Children's Hospice is in search of compassionate pediatric palliative care nurses dedicated to providing exceptional support for critically ill infants, children, and adolescents. This role is ideal for nurses who prioritize meaningful interactions with their young patients, ensuring they experience joy and comfort in their daily lives.

As part of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in transforming pediatric palliative care across the region, working collaboratively to enhance the quality of life for seriously ill children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care to children residing at our facility and those attending for outpatient services.
  • Assist families in their homes and community environments, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with a specialization in pediatric care.
  • A minimum of two years of post-registration experience, particularly with children who have intricate medical requirements.
  • Experience in providing palliative care for children with life-limiting conditions.
  • Background in team leadership and nursing management.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience caring for children requiring long-term respiratory support.
  • Expertise in intravenous therapy and line management.
