About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Noah's Ark Children's Hospice. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with life-limiting illnesses and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to children with life-limiting illnesses, including those with complex medical needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Support families in their homes and community settings, promoting choice and flexibility.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Registered Sick Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse Child Branch qualification.
  • Relevant post-qualification experience at staff nurse band 5 level.
  • Previous team nursing/management experience or experience of supporting students, junior staff nurses or support workers.
  • Experience in leading a multiskilled workforce or team or evidence of leadership of a multiskilled workforce/team with support from lead nurse.
