In this role, you will not just oversee the governance of our wider programme of work but will also take the reins of key projects that are critical to our success. Your strategic insight will ensure that these projects align with our business goals, and your hands-on management will guide them to successful completion.

We're looking for someone who thrives on challenge, is passionate about continuous improvement, and has a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver excellence in the healthcare and social care sectors. If you are ready to make a real impact and lead with purpose, this is the opportunity for you.

Based from our office, you'll have the flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week, with national travel expected to support and lead projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of project managers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain project management processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals
  • Manage project budgets and resources
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
