The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective store layouts, visual merchandising, and marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store inventory, stock levels, and cash handling procedures
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products that meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
