Job Title: Training Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at Redline Assured Security. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the training team, including course enquiries, applications, and bookings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of training records, certificates, and other documentation.
  • Develop and maintain a clear and organized filing system for training-related documents.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Manage travel and accommodation bookings for training team members as required.
  • Process pre- and post-course paperwork, including training attendance, records, and assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company processes.
  • Promote collaboration and diversity within the team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly motivated and self-starting individual with a desire to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Qualification in Business Admin Level 2 is desirable.
