About the Role

Crisis, a national charity dedicated to ending homelessness, is seeking a highly skilled Community and Events Executive to drive growth in Community and Events Fundraising. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in achieving the team's income target of £2.3m in 24/25, while also contributing to the development of new fundraising opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop existing events and community products to achieve a good return on investment.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new fundraising opportunities, including gaming and streaming initiatives.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel fundraising marketing campaigns, including paid digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with various teams across fundraising, brand, and marketing to drive growth and improve stewardship.
  • Manage volunteer collections and develop relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of planning, delivering, and evaluating fundraising products and events.
  • Experience in relationship management and stewardship, with a focus on building strong relationships with supporters.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple work streams.
  • Confidence in working with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, with a focus on delivering results and meeting financial targets.
