About the Role

Crisis UK is seeking a highly skilled Community and Events Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of ending homelessness. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in Community and Events Fundraising, ensuring the team income target is achieved, and developing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop existing events and community products, including gaming and streaming fundraising initiatives
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new fundraising opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Develop and implement multi-channel fundraising marketing campaigns, including paid digital advertising
  • Collaborate with the fundraising and brand marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
  • Manage volunteer collections and community engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for supporters
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record of planning, delivering, and evaluating fundraising products and events to achieve a good return on investment
  • Experience in relationship management and stewardship, with a focus on building strong relationships with supporters and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for gaming and streaming, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
