Role Overview

You'll be responsible for crafting data solutions that drive business outcomes.

As a Data Engineering Lead, you'll collaborate with regional offices in the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand stakeholder needs to design and deliver data solutions.
  • Define optimal architecture and design solutions for business objectives.
  • Build, test, and deploy data solutions, guiding them through production.
  • Coach and mentor junior data engineering team members.
  • Champion best engineering practices and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • Good experience in building cloud-based analytics and data platforms.
  • Proven exposure in designing and building large-scale analytics and data platforms.
  • Experience in fostering collaboration, managing risk, and thinking creatively.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing change and ensuring delivery.
  • Capacity to build credibility, drive best practices, and continuously improve.
