Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and systems.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 qualification in a relevant mechanical or electrical trade.
  • Significant experience in a building services environment.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant policies and procedures, including RAMS and codes of safe working.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work (HASAW) requirements and duties.
