Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute online trading strategies to accelerate performance across selling channels
  • Collaborate with the wider team to understand products and optimize trading strategies
  • Manage on-site activity to optimize conversion, sales, and gross profit
  • Research market trends and technologies to improve website performance
  • Analyze data to deliver data-driven strategies to drive performance
  • Develop and implement trading calendars to improve future trade and eCom plans
  • Regularly report on performance and identify opportunities to drive performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in online retail
  • Beauty enthusiast with a passion for the industry
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience using Shopify
  • Strategy and planning skills with the ability to think creatively and commercially
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills
