About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at eComplete. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will work closely with the Head of Performance and Digital Marketing Manager to design and develop online trading strategies to attract target users through online marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute an online trading strategy to accelerate performance across selling channels, including website, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to understand products in terms of potential ranging, pricing strategy, product upload, and subsequent trading.
  • Manage all on-site activity in relation to conversion, sales & gross profit optimisation.
  • Research market trends and technologies to improve website performance.
  • Analyse various data to deliver data-driven strategies to drive performance.
  • Develop trading calendar and oversee implementation and analysis to further improve future trade and eCom plans.
  • Regularly report on performance and identify opportunities to drive performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' operating at similar level within online retail.
  • TT shop & Amazon preferable but not essential.
  • Strategy and planning, with the ability to demonstrate intelligent and outside-the-box approaches to previous client needs.
