We are seeking a skilled Pastoral Coordinator to assist in managing student behavior at a large secondary institution.

Role Overview
Do you possess a background in supporting young individuals who have faced challenges in their educational journey? As a Pastoral Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing on-call assistance to educators.
  • Offering supplementary classroom management support.
  • Implementing interventions for students who have had difficulties engaging.
  • Maintaining communication with parents and guardians.
  • Monitoring and tracking student progress.

Key Stage 4 Support
Your role will be crucial in ensuring that students receive the necessary support throughout Key Stage 4.
