Research Analyst Opportunity at UnitedUs Ltd

We are seeking a skilled Research Analyst to join our team at UnitedUs Ltd, a leading brand agency. As a Research Analyst, you will play a vital role in fostering strategy and planning excellence, helping our clients reach their full potential while enjoying the journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, facilitate, and analyze research studies to inform brand and campaign strategies, leveraging client data to drive business impact.
  • Craft research plans that achieve desired objectives, including methodology, sampling, and data analysis.
  • Develop target audience personas using qualitative and quantitative data, highlighting challenges, pain points, wants, and needs.
  • Analyze and interpret data to compile insightful research and data in the form of frameworks and reports.
  • Communicate key insights and recommendations to clients through storytelling and data visualization techniques.
  • Identify opportunities for further research to dive deeper into specific insights and achieve client business objectives.
  • Ensure all research meets its brief, is developed on time, and within budget.
  • Contribute to the development of existing client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the Strategy Director in developing internal materials, content, frameworks, and training to build the agency's top-level understanding of research, strategy, and planning.
Requirements
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for research and a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into clear and actionable narratives and communicate opportunities and challenges to stakeholders.
  • Ownership and responsibility for work across multiple projects, effectively managing workload with clear organizational skills.
  • Emotional intelligence to build and nurture relationships with clients and the wider team.
  • Curiosity, empathy, and reason to help organizations connect the dots in new ways.
  • Working experience as a research analyst or equivalent role, with an understanding of how brand and business impact are intrinsically linked.
  • Designing, facilitating, analyzing, and presenting research across diverse methodologies.
  • Delivering insightful and well-thought-through B2B and B2C research reports and/or audience personas.
  • High standard of English language, written and spoken.
