We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care and support to our clients in and around the Sleaford area.
About the RoleYou will be providing care and support to our clients who require complex care, including tracheostomy, epilepsy, PEG feed, ventilation, medication administration, oxygen, suctioning, and cough assist. You will also be supporting individuals with autism and behaviour management needs.
As a Care Worker, you will be a lifeline for our service users and their families, providing much-needed support and respite. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
Requirements- Previous caring experience is essential, including experience of caring for individuals with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Subject to a DBS check and references.
- Permanent contract and guaranteed hours.
- Free uniform and PPE.
- Full clinical training and supervision provided and overseen by our Clinical Nurse Specialist.
- Fully funded qualifications and career progression opportunities.
