About the Role
The Priory Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speciality Doctor to join our team at Priory Hospital Preston. As a Speciality Doctor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to deliver exceptional clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient admissions and discharges, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal care.
- Lead day-to-day patient management, including risk assessments, multidisciplinary team liaison, and physical health reviews.
- Conduct prompt mental health assessments, reports, and clinical summaries, utilizing proficient ICT skills to navigate our electronic records system.
- Participate in audit, research, quality, and performance management initiatives, contributing to the hospital's commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- Hold a medical degree (MB ChB or equivalent) and be fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) with a valid license to practice.
