About the Role

The Priory Hospital Preston is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speciality Doctor to join their team. As a Speciality Doctor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient admissions and discharges, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal care.
  • Conduct daily ward rounds, undertaking risk assessments, and collaborating with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to develop effective care plans.
  • Deliver prompt mental health assessments, reports, and clinical summaries, utilizing proficient ICT skills to navigate electronic records systems.
  • Participate in audit, research, quality, and performance management initiatives, driving continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MB ChB or equivalent)
  • Full GMC registration with a license to practice
