About the Role
As a Fleet Sales Administrator at Marshall Motor Group, you will play a pivotal part in managing our corporate and fleet sales process. You will be a confident communicator, building strong relationships with major corporate clients, providing a consistent and reliable service for their fleet needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Provide client quotations, order vehicles, allocate vehicle registration numbers, tax new vehicles, and produce client invoices with precision and accuracy.
- Liaise with the vehicle preparation centre to guarantee vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection and are thoroughly valeted.
- Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Requirements
- Confident IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, to efficiently manage and analyze data.
- Previous fleet sales administration experience and a solid understanding of the post-sale process.
