Theatre Sister/Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatres.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage the implementation of individual care programmes for patients in the perioperative journey.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of theatre policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our theatre services.
- Registered Theatre Practitioner with a strong background in perioperative care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our theatre team.
