Job Overview

Fluent2 Projects is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the Project Manager in managing technology projects for our clients. While previous experience is not required, a strong eagerness to learn and follow instructions is essential. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, communicating effectively with clients and suppliers, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Assist in managing all phases of the project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
  • Task Execution: Support various project tasks, including:
    • Progress tracking and reporting
    • Document controlling and management
    • Budgeting and cost control
    • Managing the tendering process
    • Timetable management and coordination
    • Resource management and allocation
    • Quality assurance and project closure
  • Supplier and Site Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers and site contacts to ensure timely on-site delivery and manage the ordering of stock and supplies as required.
  • Diary Management: Keep the Project Manager informed of key dates and schedule meetings with clients and suppliers.
  • Reporting: Provide regular and ad hoc reports to the Project Manager.
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly organized and effective individual with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently. Exceptional attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accuracy in all aspects of the role. While experience is not essential, candidates who are eager to learn and follow instructions will be highly valued. A recent graduate with one or more years of professional experience is preferred.
