About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our ENT outpatient department at Maidstone Hospital. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care to individuals with ENT-related conditions
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the NMC
  • Post-registration experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
