We're currently seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to oversee a small caseload of complex care clients in Kent. This role is perfect for a registered nurse with experience in complex community care or a private hospital setting, who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

The Role:

As a Nurse Manager, you'll be responsible for managing care plans, supporting the induction of new team members, and providing clinical care—such as tracheostomy, ventilation, and gastronomy management—flexibly when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead packages of care and supporting the Care & Nursing team
  • Develop person-centered care plans and guidance
  • Conduct staff supervision, audits, and case management duties
  • Be part of the 24-hour service team, undertaking nursing shifts when required
  • Oversee staff inductions and competency assessments
  • Carry out disciplinary and reflective practice meetings
  • Liaise with the wider care team including MDT's on the clients' care
  • Conduct competency assessments with new team members
  • Collaborating with the wider care team and Registered manager

Requirements:

  • You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN
  • A minimum of three years' post-registration experience
  • Experience in providing community-based care ideally complex care and be experienced in PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators
  • Have a proven background in complex care and up to date competencies
  • You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence
