Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IPAF Trainer to join our team. As an IPAF Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering IPAF and PASMA training to both internal and external customers daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and development programs
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
  • Evaluate training and development programs
  • Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
  • Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
  • Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses

Requirements:

  • Background of at least one year as an internal trainer in plant hire or tool hire
  • Knowledge of access, platforms, lifting equipment or specialist areas e.g. confined space or fall arrest
  • IPAF instructor ticket
