Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at BJF GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our FM division, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems in commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation and maintenance of heating and hot water ancillary installations, including pumps, motors, valves, pipelines, control gear, and other associated equipment.
- Installation and maintenance of plumbing, drainage, and sanitation installations, including all types of commercial buildings.
- Inspection and maintenance of ventilation installations, including all types of commercial buildings.
- Fault-finding diagnosis, problem-solving, and analysis of plant operation, including drainage, heating, and HVAC systems.
- Relevant testing and certification of mechanical plant and systems, in accordance with all appropriate regulations and within the remit of the post-holder's relevant qualifications.
- Support associated multi-trades duties, such as minor general fabric and plumbing work.
- Commercial Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience
- Vented and Unvented hot water systems
- L8
- C&G/NVQ for any HVAC systems
- PASMA and IPAF
- BOAS training or qualification
