Key responsibilities include:
- Resolving any home maintenance concerns promptly, utilizing a working knowledge of building systems and related regulatory requirements.
- Engaging with approved contractors as needed and sourcing alternative suppliers when necessary.
- Covering all emergencies relating to the fabric of the home or systems contained within the building.
- Direct line management of the Maintenance Assistant, including day-to-day supervision, objective setting, and annual reviews.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning team as a Maintenance Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents and team members.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual who possesses a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, as well as an understanding of safety and fire safety systems.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to make responsible choices and decisions, act in the best interest of our residents, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- An understanding of safety and fire safety systems.
- The ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the best interest of our residents.
Please note that this role will require an ADBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
