We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Hotel Du Vin Poole. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 15 hours per week, with a competitive rate of pay and a range of benefits. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, and communicating with the kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve excellent service standards
  • Be flexible and adaptable, working a range of shifts and days, including evenings and weekends
