Contract Management Specialist

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manager to oversee two key commercial maintenance contracts in the Cambridge area.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and reputable firm within the building maintenance industry. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to a team of engineers on each contract, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consistently exceeding expectations and driving contract growth through exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all contractual terms and conditions, ensuring compliance and adherence to agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Proactively manage and resolve any issues or concerns that arise, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Attend regular meetings with clients to discuss contract performance, address any queries, and collaboratively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee the successful completion of all reactive and preventative maintenance works orders, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Recognized apprenticeship and full electrical qualification or equivalent (e.g., C&G, HNC/HND).
- Proven experience in managing mobile teams within the building maintenance sector.
- Experience overseeing soft services contracts is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide personnel effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and concise interaction with clients and colleagues.
