**Contract Manager - Commercial Maintenance Specialist**
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing two high-end commercial contracts based in Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of engineers on each contract.
- Ensure client satisfaction levels are consistently high, leading to contract development.
- Ensure contractual levels are obtained and exceeded, with a deep understanding of the contract demonstrated through regular review meetings with senior management.
- Ensure contractually agreed KPIs/SLAs are met.
- Attend strategic contractual/operational meetings with clients on a regular basis.
- Ensure successful completion of all reactive and PPM works orders, meeting KPIs and SLAs as necessary.
- Provide leadership and management to the site team as required.
Requirements:
- Recognised apprenticeship and fully electrically or qualified to recognised level (e.g. C&G, HNC/HND).
- Proven experience and involvement in managing mobile businesses.
- Experience of managing soft services.
- A strong and committed team player capable of prioritising and solving problems often under pressure, utilising innovative solutions.
- Must be a team player committed to working in a quality and professional environment.
- Strong people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
