Location: Salford, M27 4BH
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 48 Hour Shift Pattern
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Apleona UK. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exemplary security and customer service to our clients and their people. You will be the public face of the security team and will act with professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular patrols of our client's site to ensure it is safe for all visitors and tenants.
- Manage incidents on site and maintain detailed records to help keep us compliant.
- Monitor site radio systems and provide regular liaison with the management team on all aspects of service delivery.
- Implement effective solutions and corrective action to enhance the service.
Requirements:
- SIA frontline guarding licence.
- Driving licence with own transport due to site location.
- CCTV SIA licence (desirable).
- Previous experience within the security industry.
- Vigilance with attention to detail.
- Experience of working with radio communications.
- Willingness to work with their manager and team to ensure all necessary tasks are completed.
- Security Management Qualification (desirable).
