With a vision to significantly increase their revenue by 2030, they are forming a new senior management team, where the Finance department will be pivotal in steering their future achievements.


Position Summary:

As the Financial Controller, you will be an integral part of our senior management team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of two accounts staff at the transactional level, with opportunities to develop and expand the team in alignment with the company's growth.

You will also engage in Business Partnering with the other three senior management members across sales, marketing, and operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the finance team, offering guidance and support to ensure precise and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare the board pack and deliver insightful analyses to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee VAT compliance and reporting, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to streamline the audit process.
  • Enhance finance processes and procedures to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and optimize the Sage Line 50 system to support finance operations.
