Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our facilities function, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Co-ordinator, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing stationery orders, and maintaining noticeboards.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of buildings and equipment, resolving customer enquiries, and assisting with the administration of access control systems.
- Play a vital role in the smooth running of meetings by making room reservations and managing computer-based record systems within Facilities.
- Raise and process purchase orders and invoices, exercising cost awareness and budgetary control over specific areas of Facilities activities.
Requirements:
- Good general education and strong computer skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a good telephone manner.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, using initiative and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
