Hire Controller - Monday to Friday - based in our Tipton office

As a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service, the Hire Controller coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they're satisfied with our service.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills both verbally & written
- Adaptability
- Commitment to learn and develop
- Driving license
- Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar sales or operational role
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.
