We are seeking an experienced MSK Clinician to join our team at Vita Health Group Ltd. As a Sports Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver soft tissue treatments and run rehabilitation classes to support patients in their recovery
- Utilize your musculoskeletal knowledge to provide assessments and treatments of the spine, upper limb, and lower limb
- Manage a caseload of patients and work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development of rehabilitation programs and provide ongoing support to patients
- Degree in Sports Rehabilitation or related field
- Full graduate membership of BASRaT and entitlement to use the title Graduate Sports Rehabilitator
- Minimum one year MSK/Occupational Health experience in a clinical setting
- Experience of working individually and within a team
- Proven experience of managing a caseload of patients and running rehabilitation classes
- Ability to deliver soft tissue treatments, set goals, and design individualized and progressive rehabilitation programs
- Adept in time management and prioritization
- Sound musculoskeletal knowledge including assessment/treatment of common conditions of the spine, upper limb, and lower limb
- Awareness of post-operative protocols and precautions
- Basic knowledge of the occupational health sector, including benefits of physiotherapy OH
- Friendly and approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of the client
- Awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
- Experience of working with physiotherapists
- Prior occupational health experience
- Functional testing and fitness for work testing (e.g. lift, push/pull)
- Return to work planning
- An up-to-date CPD portfolio
