Job Opportunity

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a highly skilled Immigration Paralegal to join our team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Immigration Partner to provide support on a range of business and private immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit immigration applications, including start-up, skilled worker, EU settlement scheme applications, and British Citizen applications.
  • Draft representations and supporting documents.
  • Communicate with UK Visas and Immigration on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare and submit immigration appeals.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including electronic and paper filing.
  • Provide support to the Employment team as needed.

Requirements:

  • A law degree is essential, and prior immigration experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
