Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute events and roadshows, ensuring alignment with quarterly budget and sales goals.
- Assist in managing Quarterly MDF plans with key business partners, creating effective content and promotional strategies.
- Support Channel and Consumer Marketing Managers with key partner events, ensuring seamless execution and branding consistency.
- Assist sales employees in gathering content and directing them to relevant resources.
- Plan and execute retailer events and roadshows, ensuring successful execution and ROI tracking.
- Collaborate with sales employees to deliver key messages and gather valuable insights.
- Co-plan field trainer workshops and promoter training sessions.
- Serve as the point of contact for retailers for marketing assets and support the claiming process.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Creative and adaptable approach to work.
- Previous work experience, either paid or unpaid.
