Position Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wellness Spa Specialist to join the Rooms Department at Raffles London at The OWO.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Wellbeing and Head Therapist, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional spa treatment sessions within the spa and wellness division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a representative of the spa, embodying the brand values and fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of treatments, products, spa therapies, and facilities.
  • Administer spa treatments in a safe, professional, and hygienic manner.
  • Advise on treatment aftercare and promote spa retail products.
  • Ensure a well-stocked inventory of necessary products for treatments, maintaining organization and cleanliness.
  • Uphold the high standards of treatment rooms, including inventory and equipment management.
  • Assist in the operations of the spa, reception, thermal areas, and provide support to spa guests and colleagues as needed.
  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a spa therapist.
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or day spa setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
