About the Role
The Receptionist and Medical Needs Officer will provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to the school, ensuring that all policies are maintained and government guidelines are followed. This role will act as the first point of contact, receiving visitors and dealing with enquiries in a helpful and professional manner, ensuring safeguarding protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the school, including information gathering and collating medical information
- Produce student reports for trips and manage the medical room
- Deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality
- Be proactive in improving the performance of their area and responsibility
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with excellent administrative experience, exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, and a demonstrable ability to deal appropriately and sensitively with confidential information. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is proactive in improving the performance of their area and responsibility.
