Commercial Director - Europe

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to lead our commercial function for Europe, partnering with client leadership, new business, and affiliate partners to drive growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how agencies make money and be able to develop and execute a commercial strategy that drives profitability and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include setting up and establishing a commercial practice across the European business, ensuring profitable operations, renegotiating client scopes and contract renewals, and presenting regional leadership with commercial reporting on client-level profitability.

The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with internal teams and clients across Europe.

Requirements:

  • Experienced commercial leader with a strong track record of driving growth and profitability
  • Strong understanding of agency commercial practices and ability to develop and execute a commercial strategy
