Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Support Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with adolescents in our residential homes, providing guidance, support, and a safe haven for their growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to young people with challenging behaviors.
  • Create a positive and structured living environment that promotes well-being and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
