The Business Development Executive at Infosys Limited is a key position that requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and business acumen. As a P&L owner, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, revenue, and margins for the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Market Creation and Research: Conduct market research and build market potential views for various industry segments and sub-segments aligned to Infosys' breadth of service offerings.
- Competitive Intelligence: Provide intelligence on competition, marketing mix elements, and trends that would impact the business in a structured manner.
- Account Planning and Profiling: Create and edit messaging around Infosys services and solutions as necessary, and build relationship maps for key executives in the accounts.
- Pipeline Development and Penetration: Create a pipeline of opportunities across the service mix, penetrate the account/s by positioning Infosys strategically and as a trusted partner, develop winning proposals, and ensure strong win ratios and proper documentation as well as financial rigor to start the work.
- Relationship Building and Growth: Build long-term relationships with prospects as well as grow new accounts towards corporate goals and targets, creating the platform for moving the accounts to the next stage of growth.
- Flexibility and Teamwork: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work on multiple initiatives and changes aligned to regional goals and KPIs as set by leadership, and work as a team player to achieve business objectives.
