Job Title: Director - UK & EU OperationsJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Operations to lead our UK and EU operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of operations managers to ensure effective execution of operational plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
