As a leading provider of innovative payroll and pensions software solutions, we are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at RedRock Resourcing.

Our software is trusted by businesses worldwide, and we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with two days a week spent in the office.

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their payroll and pension systems operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support for payroll and pension software using SQL.
  • Manage and document support requests in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with software updates, patches, and configurations.
  • Create and update user guides and support documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in software support or technical support roles.
  • SQL database management experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll and pensions software is a plus.
