Job Summary

Rise Technical is seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our Documentation team. As a Technical Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for our software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with developers to produce comprehensive documentation for new features
  • Update and improve existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Identify and consolidate common content across various documents to enhance user experience
  • Develop and edit graphics to enrich documentation and improve user engagement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role authoring for global audiences, preferably in the software industry
  • Experience with GitHub, DITA, HTML, CSS, and responsiveness in Agile situations
  • Desirable experience with API documentation and MS Visio
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days onsite per week
