We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our specialist Damp, Mould and Disrepair team at Stonewater. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving cases of damp, mould and disrepair, working closely with colleagues and partnering contractors to deliver excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose the cause of damp, mould and disrepair
  • Order and track works to completion, ensuring timely resolution of cases
  • Work with colleagues to identify and implement solutions to prevent future disrepair
  • Manage a caseload of disrepair legal cases, working closely with solicitors to achieve successful outcomes
  • Track HHSRS actions and ensure all records are up to date

**Requirements**

  • Proven knowledge and experience in building pathology and damp diagnosis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide a high level of service
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
