About The Role
In this position, you will assist the department head and the broader team with a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Planning events
- Taking minutes during meetings
- Organizing site visits
You will leverage your strong organizational skills and teamwork experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
While the majority of your work will be conducted at a desk, you will also have opportunities to visit innovative mine water heat projects and play a vital role in events and site visits.
